About the course
Did you know that the space between your ears and behind your eyes is the interface for the most sophisticated and powerful computer in the universe?
How great would it be to finally own the instruction manual?
Carefully crafted from over 30 years of experience as a teacher, life coach and therapist, this fascinating and enlightening course will provide you with clear knowledge and powerful tools to get the very best from your most valuable asset and instrument of all - your own mind!
Drawing from humanity’s rich treasure house of philosophy and mythology, combined with cutting-edge practical psychology, the course provides knowledge, skills and reflective space to guide and support your personal development - from self-actualisation to realisation.
Evolved from the work of psychologists, Sam Kogan, Eric Berne and Alfred Adler, integrated with non-dual wisdom teachings, this powerful and unique programme will help you understand the subconscious processes that inform the behaviours of yourself and those around you.
The three term programme also explores the three higher purposes of human existence and is designed for anyone who seeks a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world around them.
what are the three higher purposes of human life?
-
“The mind is a great servant, but a terrible master”
- Zen Proverb
Have you ever met anyone who doesn’t have a problem with life?
It’s very rare! So, if everyone has one, then maybe its part of the
Deal being human?
Experience has shown that our problem with life ultimately turns out to be a problem with our relationship with our self and usually has its roots in the dynamics with our parents and other family members (and their own problems with life!)
These create unaware contracts and internal obstacles, which stop us from ever really enjoying or experiencing any genuine sense of joy, freedom or personal evolution.
To define and solve our problem with life is to untangle the invisible knots that bind us and learn to fly free again, as we all once did when we were children, ready to evolve and fulfil our potential.
During the course you will be introduced to a cutting-edge model of the human psyche and provided with simple and powerful techniques to help you to redesign the foundations of your deepest complexes and literally ‘change your mind’ at will.
-
“Follow your bliss.”
- Joseph Campbell
Imagine the human race and all the other creatures as a huge body,
with each individual representing a single cell in that great body.
For this universal body to function well and be healthy, each cell of the body has one chief purpose, which is simply to serve the neighbouring cells. And as with all bodies, provided this purpose is fulfilled, the body thrives and evolves.
The Sanskrit word, ‘dharma’, refers to one’s duty - our true path through life, and is generally to be found in that which we love and that which we have a natural talent or aptitude for.
The course will provide tools for reflection to help you to define your own dharma and teach you cutting-edge creative visualisation techniques to help you create clear objectives and a series of actionable tasks to fulfil it.
-
”The Self attained, one desire satisfied, all are satisfied”
Upanishads
Who are you? Where did you come from? Where are you going?
What is your relationship with yourself, people and the world in general?
These unanswered questions lurk at the back of the collective unconscious and have created a deep and dangerous existential crisis, both for individuals and for mankind in general. The evidence of this is obvious, you just have to switch on the global news!
We obviously can’t fix a problem with the level of consciousness that created it. Therefore to properly address humanities growing problems we need an uplift in consciousness, which starts with the individual.
Through a simple and beautiful process of analogy, meditation and reflection, we will look in detail at the nature of consciousness, ones true Self and its relationship to the body/mind machine that we each inhabit, and see for ourselves that our constant search for happiness is an unconscious search for our own true self.
What will I learn?
